Returnable Items
- Products unopened, unused and sealed in their original packaging, including the protective cellophane or labels (if any);
- Faulty items damaged/broken during transportation;
Non Returnable Items
- Dangerous goods products such as aerosol sprays, nail polish, and cosmetics or skincare products with active ingredients or considered as drugs
- Products purchased in promotion or nearing expiry date;
- Open, used products;
- Any issue with the products detected after the 15 days of being delivered have passed.
30-Day Returns Window
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund.
$9 Flat rate return fee
Please note that for all returns, there is a flat rate return fee of $9. This fee helps us cover the cost of processing returns and restocking items, allowing us to continue offering competitive prices on our products.

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Use the self-serve returns option to contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and tags.
- Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method from the day the item arrives at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) minus the $9 flat rate return fee.
